We had a nice Star Wars Day (may the fourth be with you!) and are enjoying this Cinco de Mayo and the lovely weather. We have been working on custom glass tabletops this week. Many clients are looking to protect their indoor furniture or get a new top for their outdoor table! (Umbrella hole optional)
Plus, with the weather heating up, people will spend more time outdoors, so make sure your outdoor table is BBQ day ready!
We use tempered glass for it’s strength over annealed glass along with textured, tinted, and clear options for your ideal glass type. Plus, all are custom made to size to fit your table or furniture top!
These panels are some of the designs we have created in ready to hang art. They are 14.5” by 14.5” and have hooks attached to the sides. Add some chain and they are ready to go! These are designed by us and handmade by us for some unique art.

Adding art glass such as Textured Glass, Stained Glass Overlay, or Leadlite is a great solution to upgrading your cabinet doors.We have different types of textured glass with different levels of obscurities and can design our stained glass overlay or leadlite with the level of privacy that you need.

The good news is, the flowers are already here. Well, right on the other side of the wall at Oak Gallery, of course! Local artists, including our very own Penny and Brandy, have beautiful greeting cards featuring their work. Some of the cards with floral images are to the right. Perfect for Spring and upcoming Mother’s Day!

We have been working on custom glass shower enclosures this week for our wonderful clients. Clear glass is very popular, but we also have a variety of textured glass and you can even have your own design in cast glass or with our stained glass overlay! Some more rain and work on freeway left things a little quiet this week around Carlsbad Village. Today, the sun is shining and it is a lovely Friday!
We have been working on repairing damaged glass and crystal items by smoothing down rough parts, grinding down rims in chipped glasses to give them smooth edges again, and using our UV curing glass adhesive to but pieces back together. When something is important to you, it’s nice to have it in one piece even if it shows some little battle scars! Glass furniture tops protect your furniture from scratches, crayons, and spills plus make clean up easier on the glass surface. We include the clear round spacers that go between the glass and furniture as well - that way there is a nice little air gap so if any moisture
This week many of our clients have been looking for some furniture protection. Our Custom Glass Tabletops are perfect for protecting your tables, dressers, desks, and other furniture tops. We use tempered glass for it’s strength over annealed glass cut to the size needed for your furniture.
Happy March everyone! We have had lots of rain but we’re given a nice break last Sunday for Oak Gallery’s One year Anniversary and Artist Reception. It was a ton of fun and people went home with a lot of great art! Plus, owner Penny even has a section where you can purchase her photos and greeting cards at Oak Gallery.
Now, we “March” towards Spring and another season of being creative.
Many clients are interested in adding art glass to their home, and we have been doing a lot of designing and creating (and more designing which will lead to more creating!) Art glass is great for mirrors, windows, doors, cabinet doors, shower glass, and more. We even have panels like the bird of paradise that with some chain are ready to hang in front of your window.
