At the Shoppe we have working on our clients glass table tops and glass shelves. Glass table tops protect your table or furniture surface. Glass shelves are a wonderful way to display your items for a clean look!

The good news is, the flowers are already here. Well, right on the other side of the wall at Oak Gallery, of course! Local artists, including our very own Penny and Brandy, have beautiful greeting cards featuring their work. Some of the cards with floral images are to the right. Perfect for Spring and upcoming Mother’s Day!

Friday December 16, 2022 Update

This Sunday, December 18 is the last opening reception of the year for Oak Gallery. Join us and fellow artists from 12pm to 3pm for art, music, and light refreshments. Shop the gallery and our market, meet the artists, and be sure to take home a unique piece of art, jewelry, vintage camera, or accessories! There are many great gift options for the upcoming holidays; get someone special something that was made with lots of time, experience, and heart!

Friday May 13, 2022 Update

It’s another one of those spooky days today! We had a great week and are now preparing for the toasty weekend weather. We hope everyone stays cool - we bet it will be a big day for the beautiful Carlsbad beach!

This week we have been working on our clients textured glass needs. Textured glass is a great way to add some decor to your home or office and the different types have different levels of obscurity depending on your privacy needs. Many of them can be tempered which is what we recommend. Textured glass is great for windows, shower doors, table tops, furniture tops, or windscreens.

Friday May 8th update

A few changes happened from last week with some restrictions being loosened. On Monday the Coastal Rail Trail entrance by us opened up which means more people have been in the area enjoying the outdoors. Our neighbors at Succulent Cafe opened up Thursday which means their succulents, drinks, and goodies are available (perhaps for mothers day?) While many businesses are still closed, some small restaurants are finding ways to open up here in Carlsbad Village. We enjoy the fresh activity while everyone is still working to keep each other safe!

We are maintaining an appointment only schedule to make sure we do not have multiple clients at once. There has been a noticeable uptick in text messages and emails this week and we are glad to have those options! (I don’t know about you, but they are the best for saving information and referencing back)

Unfortunately our business is still very impacted by all that is going on, but we are continuing to be available while social distancing. As things start to open up, we look forward to seeing more of our clients and friends, while staying safe of course!
